*Once a round is started the bar can not touch the ground

  1. Yep, good ole Bear!
    75, 85, 95, 100, 115 Pussed out on that 4th round. Was a little worried about the weight does not rest on the ground rule.
    Used 2 min rest periods

    120:60×6-Fastest average pace

    Did it onthe ole treadmill with shoddy readouts. Roughly 3% grade, avg. 7.48 mph
    7.0, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6, 7.7, 8.0 mph

    Or close to it
