Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Front Squat, Push Press

Then switch hands & repeat

* Each time weight is dropped = 1 burpee

69kg (152lbs) Weight Class.  For those unfamiliar, a red bumper plate is 25kg (55lbs)
