  1. Sounds like fun. I did 150 KB swings for time (55 lbs) with 5 burpees EMOM. 12:29

  2. AGHHHHH!!!!!! Not really sure why my Deadlift & Backsquat 1rm’s are only 30lbs different. Guess I have something else to put on the list of stuff to work on.

    Deadlift warm ups: 95, 115, 135, 185 x 10
    Deadlift working sets: 255, 285, 305(f), 295(f), 285

    MetCon: 5rounds + 3 Power Snatch @ 75lb
