5 Bears 115/75lbs
10 Lateral Burpee Box Jump
20 KBS 1.5/1pood
*One Bear rep is a hang clean, front squat, push press, back squat, & push press WITHOUT putting the barbell down
*Once you start your 5reps the weight cannot touch the ground, if it does you must start over from the BEGINNING (ie start at rep number 1)
*You can string movements together (ie hang clean, front squat, & push press become a squat clean thruster) as long as FULL RANGE OF MOTION is achieved.
