Warm-up:

  • DROM & Active Mobility Drills
  • 20min of Skills & Drills


WOD:

  • Swim: 8-10 x 100m/y on the 2min
  • Run: 3-6 x 800m w/ 2:30min rest
  • Row: 3-6 x 1000m w/ 2:30min rest


Cool Down:

  • Easy effort, 200m – 1M depending on sport.


Mobility:

  • 10 – 20min
