Accumulate a total of 10min in the Hollow Hold and/or Super Man positions

CONDITIONING

For Time

30 – 25 – 20 – 15 – 10 – 5 Reps of

Sit-ups

R/KB Swings

If you do not have a Kettlebell or Dumbbell substitute with Air Squats. Scaling will be removing the set of 30.
