– You will have 10min to complete. rest as needed between efforts

CONDITIONING

EMOM for 15min

3 Thrusters

4 Alternating Lunges, use weight from Thruster in Front Rack Position

-Use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, a Sandbag, Rock, etc for weight. Go as heavy as possible while still being able to complete the 15min.
