100m Sled Pull 1-1-1-1-1-1

Increase weight each set.

Use 50m course, rotate through pulling techniques/styles each 50m (i.e. Walking, Backward Walk, Hand-Over-Hand, etc…).

 

CONDITIONING

5 RFT – 20min Time Cap

10 Burpees

20 KBS (Russian of course)

30 AbMat Sit-Ups
