Muscle Up practice

You have 20:00 to work on Muscle Ups.

Transition, Strict Pull Up, Ring Dips, Multiples strung together, or Weighted. Where ever you are in your ability level choose something harder and spend 20:00 working on it.

 

CONDITIONING

For Time – 20:00 Time Cap

100 Double Unders

25m Sled Pull – hand over hand

75 Wall Ball Shots

25m Sled Pull – hand over hand

50 Box Jumps

25m Sled Pull – hand over hand

25 Burpees

25m Sled Pull – hand over hand
