What do all these letters and abbreviations mean?

SI = Short Interval

LI = Long Interval

T = Tempo : reduced but consistent pace for a set time or distance (ie steady state)

TT = Time Trial : A measurement of maximum work capacity / power output over a set amount of time or distance (ie all out effort)

M = Miles

m = meters

K = Kilometers

WOD = Workout Of the Day

S = Strength

MetCon = Metabolic Conditioning

E = Endurance
